４日の香港株式市場の株価は、香港の林鄭月娥（キャリー・ラム）行政長官が「逃亡犯条例」改正案を正式撤回するとのサウスチャイナ・モーニング・ポスト（ＳＣＭＰ）紙の報道を受け、不動産開発関連を中心に上昇した。
香港市場のハンセン指数は一時3.9％高となった後、上げ幅を若干縮小し、現地時間午後２時16分（日本時間同３時16分）時点で3.1％高で取引されている。不動産株の指数は、このままいけば2015年以来の大幅高となりそうだ。
