INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - As the Indianapolis Colts moved on Monday, holding their first practice without quarterback Andrew Luck, the community continued to remember how the now-retired signal caller impacted their organizations.
Luck announced his retirement from the NFL Saturday night after the team's preseason game against Chicago.
He was a major part of the Children's Museum of Indianapolis' Sports Legends Experience.
"We would just invite him to come back anytime he wants," said Jennifer Pace Robinson. "He always has a home here at the Children's Museum and we're so grateful for all he has done for our programs."
A true legend and role model is more than what they do on the field. Thank you, Andrew Luck, for inspiring and encouraging kids in Indy, and especially for the time you spent here at the @RileyChildrens Health Sports Legends Experience®. #ThankYouLuck 🏈 pic.twitter.com/ihr9kHkhI7
